You'll find calculators wrapped in pop-ups, sites that demand your email before showing a result, and tools that quietly shuffle you toward whichever lender pays the most that month. The math gets buried under ads. The answer gets gated behind a phone call. The whole experience feels designed to convert you, not help you.

That's not how big decisions should feel.
