What we collect

We collect two narrow categories of information:

1. Anonymous usage analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first alternative to Google Analytics. Plausible:

• Does NOT use cookies
• Does NOT track you across other websites
• Does NOT collect personal information
• Does NOT store IP addresses
• Is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR

What Plausible collects: anonymized page views, referrer (where visitors arrived from), country-level location, browser/device type, and total visit counts. We use this aggregate data only to understand which calculators are useful and where to improve.

2. Information you voluntarily provide

If you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect:

• Your name (whatever you enter)
• Your email address
• The contents of your message

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to any mailing list. We don't share your message with third parties. Once your inquiry is resolved, we typically delete your message unless retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

What we don't collect

To be specific about what we're NOT doing:

• We don't collect Social Security numbers, banking information, or credit details.
• We don't store the numbers you input into our calculators — they exist only in your browser session.
• We don't use tracking pixels from Facebook, Google, or other advertising networks.
• We don't set advertising cookies.
• We don't fingerprint your device.
• We don't sell your data. Full stop.

About our affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link on our site and land on a partner's website, that partner's privacy policy takes over. We don't control what they collect or how they use it. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit through a sponsored link before submitting personal information.

The affiliate networks we work with (Impact, CJ, FlexOffers, and others) may use cookies to track that you came from our site so we can be credited for any qualifying action you take. Cookies and similar technologies

We use minimal cookies. The only first-party cookies our site may set are functional (remembering things like which calculator strategy you selected during your session). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Affiliate partners you click through to may set their own cookies. You can always disable cookies in your browser settings — our calculators work without them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information including:

• The right to know what information we have collected about you
• The right to request deletion of your information
• The right to opt out of any data sharing (though we don't share data anyway)

Children's privacy

Geaux To Market is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

As our site grows, this policy may evolve. We'll update the "last updated" date below when we make material changes. For significant changes, we may add a notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
